The semester is going to end soon. Started off pretty slow but then picked up really fast, I can't believe that it went by so quickly. Final draft, OMG  I was very nervous when I first started because, I chose my own topic "Research on Neuroblastoma." I challenged myself to do this, in beginning I was lost and even thought it was a bad idea. But later, once I follwed the assignments and research process and with all the help around,  I was very excitied about my paper. I fininshed wriritng my paper, now I'm proof reading and revising it a couple of times. I feel, I brought my views and ideas on my topic. I'm also open to critic and suggestions. *fingers crossed*

Good luck everybody!!

Hey Class,

I was searching for more sources, interestingly as I was checking my facebook updates, I came across a mom who wrote about her daughter, who she lost earlier this year and her update really touched me. I might use this as one of my source in my paper.

STICKER THERAPY TIME!!!
"My girls and I spent almost 4 hours of fun yesterday putting together sticker packets. Some of you may not know what these are.

When Abigail spent so much time inpatient as a 1 and 2 year old, she loved stickers. They were wonderful distractions and because stickers are so varied, she didn't tire of playing with them. We decided that with all the chemotherapy and radiotherapy and antibody therapy, we would also start Sticker Therapy. Many, many people donated stickers from near and far, for quite a while. And we amassed a big box of stickers!!! It has lasted us for a long time, and we have been able to make a lot of Sticker Therapy packets for children.

Abigail used to hand them out personally, but now we take them to the oncology unit for the nurses to hand out. The feedback has been wonderful: that children love having something to manipulate and play with (other than a screen). So we want to keep making sticker packets and giving them away, even after we move" (Facebook).

Hey Class,

Annotated bibliogrpghy was definitely a challenging one for me. I was confused when I started to write mine, but I finished it, sent a couple emails to Ginger until I was clear.
Here is my link to the annotated Bibliography
